Sex and the City - Tutu

She Said:

Channeling my inner Carrie Bradshaw today; if only I had her dream closet! This tutu is not as elaborate as hers but I love the layers and curving of the wired ends. I found this at Forever 21 but here is a dress that is very similar. I wanted to add more of a waist so I paired this with my peplum blouse from H&M, in black. I love the combination and I feel like I should be on the show, don’t you agree? Haha. I decided to dress up this look with a light pink blazer which is so tasteful. The trendy piece to this look is the infamous bubble necklace. I wore a pink one to go with the jacket. I really should shop in her closet for some extravagant heels but I chose these simple strappy heels in beige. I love how chic they are and look elegant with the skirt. I had to grab my wonderful Tory Burch wallet to complete the fashion look. Someday I will have her closet and full of amazing pieces of clothing. Happy Wednesday everyone!

This outfit is confusing me a little, is she going to work or ballet rehearsal? This dress does not impress me at all. It’s cute I guess, if your 8. The top is very cute, and I love the way it fits her, this may sound weird but her shoulders look really good and her waist looks amazing. I like how her necklace ties her tutu in and her heels are great because they are sexy but do not take over the whole outfit. Her clutch is awesome because it is simple and the clean design looks like it would go well with anything, even dance recital.
